These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeaseHub website, applications and services (the “Service”), operated by Xische FZ-LLC (“LeaseHub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What LeaseHub is — and is not
LeaseHub is an independent comparison and information service for brand-new lease-to-own car offers from official UAE dealerships and manufacturers. We help you discover and compare offers and, with your consent, connect you with the relevant dealer.
We are not a lender, dealer, broker or insurer. We do not sell, lease or finance vehicles, we are not a party to any agreement you enter with a dealer or finance provider, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Any decision you make is your own. See also our Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
3. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purpose, subject to these Terms. All software, content, branding, data compilations and design on the Service are owned by LeaseHub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service, except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or impersonate others;
- use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or to gain unauthorised access to any system; or
- use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent.
5. Offers, figures and accuracy
Offers, prices, rates and calculated figures (such as effective APR, total cost to own and “over cash price”) are indicative and for comparison only. They are derived from information supplied by dealers or published sources and may be out of date, incomplete or contain errors. Final terms, eligibility, fees and availability are determined solely by the dealer or finance provider. Always confirm details directly with them before committing.
6. Connecting with dealers
When you choose to enquire or check eligibility for an offer, you consent to us sharing your contact and enquiry details with the relevant dealer so they can contact you. Your dealings with a dealer — including any agreement, finance, vehicle and after-sales service — are solely between you and the dealer. LeaseHub is not responsible for dealers’ acts, omissions, offers or conduct.
7. Paid reports
We may offer optional paid reports (for example, a comparison “Deep Report”). Prices are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider. Because reports are digital products delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once generated, except where required by law or where the report fails to be delivered. Reports are informational and do not constitute advice.
8. Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process an enquiry). If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party sites and services (such as dealers, payment and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that figures are accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any dealer or finance provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LeaseHub against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We will post updated Terms here and change the “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of [Dubai]. The courts of [Dubai] shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
